       Payment method: WE  ACCEPT  CASH,ZELLE.  The deposit accepted for the kitten is not refundable in any case.

1. BREEDER'S OBLIGATIONS

1.1 The kitten will not be transferred to the Buyer before reaching 12 weeks of age.

1.2 The kitten:

- Has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming;

- Has been raised in a clean, loving, and well-socialized environment;

- Is from genetically tested parents, clear of HCM, PKD, PRA-b, FIV, FeLV, and FCoV.

1.3 The Breeder provides:

- A veterinary passport with a complete vaccination and deworming record;

- Written guidelines for feeding, care, and adaptation;

- Continued support and consultation before and after transfer.

 2. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer agrees to:

- Provide a safe, clean, and comfortable indoor-only environment;

- Feed a species-appropriate, high-quality diet and provide clean water;

- Ensure regular veterinary care, vaccinations, and parasite prevention;

- Keep the kitten isolated for at least 7 days upon arrival (mandatory for health guarantee);

- Introduce the kitten to other animals only gradually and under supervision after adaptation;

- Visit a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the kitten;

- Inform all household members and guests about potential cat allergies;

- Never confine the kitten to a cage or subject it to any form of cruelty or neglect;

- Follow the breeder's care and feeding guidelines.

 3. HEALTH GUARANTEE

3.1 Three-Day General Health Guarantee

Valid from the moment of transfer, under the following conditions:

- The kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours;

- The kitten is kept isolated from other pets during the initial 7-day adaptation period.

 4. VETERINARY EXPENSES

All veterinary and medical expenses related to the kitten’s health and well-being, including check-ups, treatments, spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and emergency care, are the full and sole responsibility of the Buyer from the moment of transfer.

5. SPRAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT

The Buyer agrees to spay or neuter the kitten between the ages of 6 to 8 months, unless otherwise advised in writing by a licensed veterinarian due to health reasons. Proof of the procedure, including a receipt or certificate from the veterinary clinic, must be provided to the Breeder by the time the kitten reaches 9 months of age.

Failure to comply with this agreement will be considered a breach of contract and may result in penalties, including but not limited to the forfeiture of health guarantees or legal action. The kitten is sold as a pet only and must not be used for breeding under any circumstances.

 6. INABILITY TO KEEP THE KITTEN

If the Buyer is no longer able to keep the kitten, they are required to contact the Breeder.

The Breeder will assist in finding a new home, but the kitten must not be rehomed, surrendered, or given away without prior written consent from the Breeder.

No refunds will be issued under the following personal circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Discovery of cat or pet allergies in the household;

- Changes in housing (relocation, lease restrictions, landlord issues, pet bans, etc.);

- New family dynamics (e.g., marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or new roommates);

- Financial hardship or inability to cover food, litter, or veterinary expenses;

- Illness, hospitalization, or death in the family;

- Disinterest in keeping a pet or time management concerns;

- Behavioral concerns that arise due to improper adaptation or care.

All decisions regarding the rehoming of the kitten remain at the discretion of the Breeder.

The Buyer remains fully responsible for all costs associated with care or rehoming.

 7. FINANCIAL TERMS

- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten;

- The deposit confirms the Buyer’s intent and commitment to the purchase;

- The Breeder reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit in the following cases:

 - Buyer cancels for personal or family reasons;

 - Buyer fails to collect the kitten by the agreed date;

 - Buyer is unresponsive for more than 24 hours during the pickup coordination process;

- Deposit transfer to another litter may be offered at the Breeder’s discretion;

- The Seller also reserves the right to retain the reserved kitten if it is later deemed suitable for the Breeder’s breeding program. In such cases, the Buyer will be offered a replacement kitten or a full refund.

 8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

- Declawing or devocalization is prohibited unless deemed medically necessary;

- Euthanasia is only permitted if recommended by a licensed veterinarian for humane reasons;

- The kitten may not be rehomed or surrendered without the Breeder's prior knowledge and written consent;

- The Breeder may use the kitten’s name, photos, and videos for promotional, educational, or informational purposes;

- Electronic versions of this agreement are legally binding and hold the same validity as printed copies;

- All disputes shall be resolved amicably or under the jurisdiction of the Breeder’s place of residence.
